Work Setup: 6 Weeks Onsite Training, then Work-from-Home (WFH)

Shift Schedule: 4.5 hours/day between 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Graveyard Shift)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Part-Time Healthcare Account Representative to join our team supporting a healthcare campaign. This role is ideal for individuals with at least 6 months of BPO experience who are looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity in a dynamic and meaningful industry.

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls related to healthcare services
• Provide accurate information and support to patients, members, or providers
• Document interactions and update account information in the system

• Minimum of 6 months BPO experience (healthcare account experience is a plus)
• Willing to undergo 6 weeks of full-time onsite training (8 hours/day)
• Willing to work 4.5-hour shifts between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
