Descripción
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Document interactions and feedback in the customer management system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
Requisito
- Must be an HS/SHS graduate
- Average English communication skills both in written and verbal
- Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
- Typing speed of 25 - 30 WPM
- Must be fully vaccinated
- Amenable to working on-site and in shifting schedules
- Earn up to PHP17,500 monthly salary
- Willing to start immediately
