• Resolves simple concerns within their function efficiently and escalates issues as needed to maintain established SLA.

• Follows data and document management standards and procedures in handling documents and data to ensure its accuracy and completeness. 
  
   

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably graduate of medical allied field); fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

• Has background in processing HMO generation, contact center

• Willing to work in graveyard shift and weekends

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

• Great focus with attention to details and highly organized individual
