The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support via phone. Their primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by responding promptly and professionally, while consistently adhering to the company’s policies and service guidelines.

Requisito

  • Education: Minimum of a high school or senior high school (SHS) diploma.
  • Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers and familiar with basic software applications.
  • Communication Skills: good verbal and written English skills, with a clear and professional communication style.
