The Customer Service Representative (CSR) handles customer questions, solves problems, and delivers outstanding support through phone, email, chat, or face-to-face interactions. Their role involves ensuring customer happiness by responding to issues quickly and professionally, all while upholding the company’s policies and service standards.

Requisito

Education: At least a high school or senior high school (SHS) graduate.

Experience: at least 6 month call center experience

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using computers and basic software.

Communication Skills: Strong command of English, both spoken and written, with clear and professional delivery.
