Facilitates urgent patient care by reviewing and tracking referrals via referral forms, emails, and phone calls, and follows up with various units to ensure timely updates on PEME status.
Addresses patient and client complaints by reporting them promptly to the appropriate parties, working with the Documentation Supervisor and/or relevant medical units to ensure proper action is taken, and notifying clients about test requirements, pending medical case clearances, and coordinating with the processing physicians
Regularly monitors and updates patient status by reviewing their profiles in the I-net system, and coordinates with relevant units to address any additional needs or concerns.
Performs any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Requisito

College graduate
With or without experience in customer service;
Very good communication skills and Telephone Etiquette;
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
Able to establish professional customer relations;
Self-starter, ability to perform multi-tasking job
