Job description:

80% Duties

1. Gathers data information through phone checking:

Individual account

a. Confirm the loan application with the client

b. Validates personal data given by the client in the loan application form. (Spelling of names of applicant, spouse or co-maker)

c. Residence address details

d. Employment details

e. Business details (if engaged in business)

f. Bank reference details

g. Credit reference details (if disclosed with existing loan with other banks)

Corporate account

a. Confirm the loan application with the client or assigned point person in-charge

b. Validates information based on the submitted application form

c. Business address details

d. Confirm officers, stockholders name and address

e. Bank reference details

f. Credit reference details (if disclosed with existing loan with other banks)

2. Conducts third party verification of the following:

a. Residence checking

b. Employment checking

c. Business checking (includes application of corporate account)

d. Bank Checking

e. Credit Checking

f. Trade Checking (if with business)

3. Ensures that all information gathered is accurate and complete that he or she will enter in the system before endorsing the account to credit analyst for evaluation

4. Attends to credit inquiries of other banks

5. Attends seminar and training program related to the job

15% Duties

1. Recommend improvement and enhancement to improve credit verification

2. Prepares reports as requested by superiors

3. Performs other functions that may be assigned by superiors from time to time

5% Duties

1. Perform and participate on Kaizen activities, TFSPH team-building activities, etc.

2. Submit idea generator that will help in the improvement of present process

Qualifications:

• Process-oriented
• Oral and written communication
• System software/ hardware management
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in a business-related course
