Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and provide regular collection status reports.
• Prepare and provide monthly Statements of Account (SOAs) to customers, daily invoice printouts, and weekly collection forecasts.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with customers and the Accounting department.
• Conduct regular customer collection calls for reminders and follow-ups.
• Monitor outstanding accounts and take appropriate actions to ensure timely collections.
