Overview:

We’re looking for a visionary and hands-on PART TIME Creative Director to lead the creative process across multiple channels—from initial concept to final execution. The ideal candidate is highly experienced in digital storytelling, especially for platforms like TikTok, and can bring bold ideas to life through campaigns, shoots, and multimedia content. This role is perfect for a collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of creative projects from start to finish—developing ideas, managing timelines, and overseeing execution.
  • Craft unique and engaging concepts for brand campaigns, TikTok content, photo sessions, and video productions.
  • Actively engage in pre-production discussions to ensure alignment across creative direction and project goals.
  • Supervise photoshoots and video productions to guarantee top-tier visual output.
  • Keep informed on trends in pop culture, music, digital storytelling, and especially TikTok formats and aesthetics.
  • Edit photos and videos with a keen sense for storytelling, pacing, and platform-specific engagement.
  • Review and ensure all creative materials meet branding and strategic standards prior to client presentation.
  • Partner with social media and strategy teams to ensure content supports larger campaign objectives.
  • Guide and support creatives such as editors and designers, offering constructive feedback to elevate the work.
  • Maintain project schedules and make sure all deliverables are completed on time.
  • Step in as a photographer, videographer, or editor when needed for hands-on support.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing creative team, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Requisito

What We’re Looking For:

  • Solid background as a Creative Director or in a senior creative role within content production, marketing, or media.
  • Portfolio showcasing standout creative campaigns, TikTok/social content, photography, and video editing.
  • Proficient in creative software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar.
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media—especially TikTok—and content strategies that resonate with digital audiences.
  • Skilled at multitasking and meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
  • A creative problem-solver who’s passionate about pushing ideas and visual storytelling further.
  • Hands-on ability in photo/video production and editing is a strong advantage.
