Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Create visually appealing graphics, banners, and posts using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Develop visual content for marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media.
• Ensure consistency with brand style and identity.

Social Media Management

• Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and support online community growth.
• Track social media performance and suggest content improvements.

Collaboration

• Work with founders, marketing, and sales teams to align visuals and posts with business goals.
• Support campaigns with creative content tailored to target audiences.
• Stay updated with social media trends and design best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and social media content creation.
• Proficient in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and engagement strategies.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• Open to working in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics (advantage).
• Ability to create content for B2B and B2C audiences.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
