The Country Manager will oversee end-to-end operations of all Visa Application Centres (VACs) in the country, ensuring process efficiency, profitability, customer satisfaction, and strong relationships with embassies and partners.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall country operations with accountability for process adherence, revenue, profitability, and customer experience.
  • Oversee budgeting, expense control, and achievement of financial targets.
  • Drive operational excellence through process improvement, SOP compliance, and SLA achievement.
  • Manage security (physical and data) and risk controls.
  • Lead workforce planning, training, and staff productivity.
  • Support business development initiatives and identify new revenue channels.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with embassies, consulates, vendors, and key partners.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.

  • EBITA / Financial Targets
  • SLA Achievement
  • Revenue from Value-Added Services
  • Client & Applicant Satisfaction Scores

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Postgraduate degree or global equivalent.
  • 10–15 years of experience in BPO, travel, or hospitality industries; minimum 5 years in senior management.
  • Strong background in multi-domain operations (HR, Finance, Admin, IT).
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, execution, and people leadership.
  • Tech-savvy and business-oriented.
