Position: Sales Executive Assistant

Job Summary:The Sales Executive Assistant supports senior sales leadership in managing client coordination, sales documentation, scheduling, and day-to-day sales operations. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and an interest in real estate.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling client inquiries, leads, and scheduling
  • Prepare and organize sales documents and contracts
  • Coordinate property viewings and meetings
  • Manage calendars, emails, and sales records
  • Ensure professional, brand-aligned communication


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • With experience in sales support, admin, or real estate (an advantage)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace

  • Coordinate private client meetings, viewings, and appointments
  • Prepare refined sales presentations and transaction documents
  • Maintain confidential client records and sales pipelines
  • Manage schedules and correspondence with professionalism and polish
  • Uphold RAKE.Signature’s standards in all communications


Ideal Candidate:

  • Highly organized, discreet, and detail-driven
  • Confident in client-facing environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in real estate or luxury sales is an advantage


3. Commission + Incentive Structure (Sales Executive Assistant)


Base Compensation:

  • Monthly salary: Competitive, based on experience


Transaction Incentives:

  • ₱5,000 – ₱15,000 per closed transaction assisted(Amount varies based on deal size and involvement)
