Descripción

A Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and managing relationships with business clients. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals. Key duties include:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
  2. Sales Generation: Identifying and pursuing new business leads, and generating sales opportunities in line with company targets.
  3. Product Knowledge: Having in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services to effectively pitch and demonstrate value to clients.
  4. Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiating terms and pricing, preparing proposals, and closing sales deals to meet revenue goals.
  5. Market Research: Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
  6. Sales Reporting: Keeping detailed records of sales activities and client interactions, reporting sales performance to management, and meeting KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  7. Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.

Requisito

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.


Experience

  • Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in corporate sales, B2B sales, or account management.
  • Experience in managing and growing client relationships is highly preferred.

  • Sales Skills: Strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present products and services effectively.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to secure contracts and close sales at favorable terms.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for tracking sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Presentation Skills: Comfortable presenting to corporate clients and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets.
