• Develop and implement detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Lead and motivate diverse teams to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and team members.
• Prepare and present project reports, including cost analysis and timelines.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in power utility or engineering projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office applications.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
