Responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing construction methodologies and processes to ensure safe, high-quality, and timely project delivery. This includes direct oversight of site supervisors, field engineers, foremen, and other key personnel.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (licensed Civil Engineer preferred).

Experience:

• At least 5 years of relevant construction-related experience, with 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Strong knowledge of building methods, best practices, and legal regulations (Philippine Building Code, safety standards, etc.).

Communication Skills:

• Above-average proficiency in written and verbal English.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective coordination and stakeholder management.

Personal Attributes:

• Result-driven, decisive, team-oriented, and flexible.
• Can adapt to organizational culture and systems; capable of working with minimal supervision.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint), PlanSwift, Primavera, BIM, Procore, D365, or related tools.
• Solid understanding of project scheduling, resource planning, and budget management.
