POSITION: PERMITS AND LICENSING SPECIALIST

SALARY: PHP23,000 - PHP25,000


WORK SET-UP: FULL ON-SITE

WORK SCHEDULE: MON-FRI (9AM-6PM)

LOCATION: PASEO DE ROXAS, BRGY. LORENZO, MAKATI CITY, METRO MANILA


JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Licensing and Compliance Specialist to manage and process all government-related registrations, permits, and licenses required for business operations. This role ensures compliance with national and local regulatory requirements while maintaining good coordination with government agencies. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and knowledgeable about government processes and timelines.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Secure and renew business permits, licenses, and other regulatory requirements with local and national government agencies (e.g., LGUs, BIR, SEC, DTI, DOLE, etc.)
  • Monitor expiration dates and ensure timely renewal of permits, licenses, and accreditations
  • Coordinate with internal departments and government offices to ensure accurate and complete submission of requirements
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of all licenses, permits, and official correspondences
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and guidelines to avoid penalties or interruptions in business operations
  • Provide assistance during inspections, audits, and compliance reviews by government agencies
  • Keep management updated on regulatory changes affecting business operations


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Public Administration, or any related field
  • Preferably years of experience in licensing, permits processing, or government liaison work
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements from national agencies and local government units
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with government representatives
  • Willingness to travel for permit processing, if required
