JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Calculating employee benefitS
- Preparing payroll reports for benefits
- Distributing payment statements
- Responding to employee questions about compensation, benefits, and advances
- Processing of government-mandated benefits
- Monitoring of Company Benefits
- Assist the Opening of Bank Accounts for the Newly-hired employees
- Orient the new regular employees regarding HMO
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
