Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree of any course
• With at least 5 years relevant experience in Payroll Processing
• With at least 3 years supervisory
• SAP experience is a plus
• Global Payroll experience is an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end global payroll processing across multiple countries or regions.
• Ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement, including bonuses, incentives, and deductions.
• Prepare and present payroll reports and analytics for management and finance teams.
• Coordinate with HR Business Partners to ensure consistency in compensation and benefits across regions.
• Supervise and develop a team of payroll specialists or coordinators globally or regionally.
