Manage company benefits programs such as government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and leave entitlements.
Liaise with benefit providers for enrollments, renewals, and claims processing.
Ensure timely and accurate remittance and reporting of statutory benefits.
Provide support to employees on benefits-related inquiries.
Ensure all compensation and benefits policies comply with DOLE regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Prepare and submit required reports to relevant government agencies.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee compensation and records.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in compensation and benefits or HR operations.
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits.
Proficient in MS Excel and HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, Workday, or local equivalents).
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and confidentiality.
