Responsible for managing and administering the company’s compensation structure, employee benefits programs, and government-mandated benefits. This role ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations while supporting the organization's ability to attract and retain top talent.


Key Responsibilities:

-Administer and process employee compensation, payroll, and benefits in a timely and accurate manner

-Manage government-mandated benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG, and BIR (TIN) registrations and remittances

-Handle employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and deductions

-Maintain and update employee records related to compensation and benefits

-Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations concerning compensation and benefits

-Coordinate with external providers for benefits such as health insurance, HMO, and wellness programs

-Assist in conducting compensation surveys and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay practices

-Prepare reports related to payroll, benefits, and compliance for internal and external stakeholders

-Support internal audits related to payroll and benefits

-Contribute to HR policy development and process improvements in compensation and benefits administration


Qualification

-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.

  • 1–5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation and benefits.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, and government-mandated benefits.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
