Descripción

  • Provide medical care and first aid to employees.
  • Conduct health assessments and screenings.
  • Maintain employee health records and confidentiality.
  • Implement and promote workplace wellness programs.
  • Collaborate with management on health and safety policies.
  • Educate employees on health and safety best practices.
  • Assist in emergency response and crisis management.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN); must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Occupational Health Nursing certification (OHN or equivalent) is an advantage
  • Relevant experience in occupational health, workplace safety, or clinical nursing
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety laws and workplace health programs
  • Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for employee health education
  • Ability to handle confidential medical information with discretion
  • Proficiency in report writing and basic computer applications
  • Training in first aid, CPR, and emergency response procedures
