Report 72 hours a week.
Transport the CEO, COO, their immediate family, company personnel, clients, as well as various products and materials to and from designated locations in a safe and timely manner, six days a week.
Comply with all traffic laws and company safety regulations.
Assist with the loading and unloading of personnel luggage, goods, and materials.
Research and plan for traffic, construction, and weather delays.
Use navigation applications to determine the best route.
Interact with passengers professionally at all times.
Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled, clean, presentable, and ready for use.
Complete pre- and post-trip safety and operations checklists and documentation.
Arrange for vehicle repairs and maintenance as needed.
Keep mileage and repair records up-to-date.
Notify the company as soon as possible of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during working hours.
Ensure that the company vehicle is always parked in areas where parking is permitted to avoid towing.
Maintain the company vehicle’s cleanliness and proper maintenance through regular washing, cleaning, and vehicle servicing.
Promptly notify management of any accidents, injuries, or vehicle damage.
