Descripción del trabajo
- Carry out routine maintenance tasks and perform general cleaning to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the workplace.
- Deliver and pick up outgoing documents, packages, parcels, mails, cheques and other items as per given instruction.
- Assist to scan, photocopy documents, materials as required.
- Purchase of office items as per given instruction.
- Physically checked, received, delivered office materials/items and reported defective items to HR to process the return.
- Transact and submit to relevant Government Agencies and other organizations regarding permits, licenses renewal, payments of Office Utilities.
- Perform any other functions that may be assigned from time to time that may be deemed necessary.
- Check/Stock/Arrange /Report Office and Pantry Supplies requirements.
- Undertake routine maintenance, check of office premises and general cleaning as scheduled.
- Check and Report unnecessary issues pertaining to office facilities, equipment etc.
- Locked and Unlocked office premises as needed.
- Other tasks assigned by the Management.
