Responsibilities:

• Transport goods and personnel to various locations as assigned
• Ensure the safety and security of cargo and passengers throughout trips
• Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition through regular cleaning and servicing
• Comply with all traffic laws and company policies
• Plan efficient routes and meet scheduled delivery times
• Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
• Assist in loading and unloading goods as needed
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members
• Manage unexpected road situations such as traffic or adverse weather conditions
• Provide courteous and professional service to clients and colleagues
• Immediately report any vehicle issues or accidents to supervisors
• Follow all safety regulations and protocols
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Ensure timely deliveries and pickups
• Support other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a corporate environment
• Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
• Strong navigation skills; familiarity with GPS devices
• Ability to handle long hours and irregular schedules
• Good physical condition with ability to lift heavy objects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Basic mechanical knowledge for minor vehicle repairs
• Calm and effective under stressful situations
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays if required
