• Stakeholder Management:
• Build relationships and coordinate with internal teams to craft clear messaging for announcements, initiatives and other key updates.
• Internal and External Communications:
• Creating messaging templates, briefings and/or presentations for various stakeholders to ensure consistency in communications
• Drafting and sending out email cascades to external stakeholders (3rd Party Service Providers) related to BAU changes, rates, incentives and initiatives
• Drafting and sending out email cascades to internal stakeholders related to wage changes (and other information that relates to managing 3rd Party Service Providers)
• Maintaining a cascade calendar and monitoring tracker to ensure communications request process are within SLAs from request to completion
• Maintaining and updating the external Service Provider Directory (per mile)
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or any related field.
• 1-2 years experience in related foelds
• Proven experience in communications, public relations, or a related role (typically 1-2 years).
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital communication strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
