As a Client Success Champion, you will play a vital role in supporting customers of a globally recognized financial services institution. You’ll handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and empathy, ensuring high-quality service delivery at all times.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting clients with account-related concerns and transactions
• Providing accurate and timely solutions in line with financial service standards
• Navigating multiple systems efficiently to resolve customer issues
• Following security and compliance guidelines when handling sensitive information
• Maintaining a positive and customer-first attitude in every interaction
• Meeting performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and client satisfaction

This is a voice-based role under an international account, with onsite work required in Taguig City.

• At least 6 months of BPO experience in an international account (Local BPO experience is not accepted)
• At least 2nd year college undergraduate
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule (night shifts may apply)
• Customer-focused, adaptable, and a strong problem-solver
