Monitor construction sites to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulations.
Inspect ongoing construction work for quality, safety, and adherence to plans (civil discipline)
Report any deviations or issues to engineers and project managers.
Maintain accurate and organized records of project activities.
Document changes to plans, specifications, and any deviations from the original design.
Preparing of progress report and other document requirements for the project

A minimum of an associate degree or a diploma in civil engineering technology, construction technology, or a related field
Preferably with at least 2 years related experience in construction
Able to work in outdoor conditions. Physical fitness is an asset.
Mathematical, problem-solving and analytical skills
Good reporting skills
Proficient in MS word, excel
Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software for drafting and design work
Ability to interpret design drawings and estimate quantities of materials used accordingly
Detail-oriented
Willing to be assigned in Olongapo, Zambales
