  • Fully Remote Work Arrangement but must be willing to travel either domestic/overseas whenever the need arise (e.i. for client or management meetings, trainings, etc.)

Role Description

This role is responsible for supporting the business growth in the assigned markets, especially within the commercial & industrial (C& I) sector. You are required to identify, qualify and support the distributors in their sales activities. This includes collaborating with them in developing new business opportunities, value and market share by enhancing distributor performance, developing effective commercial channels, and promoting both existing and new products ranges across different countries and regions.


Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Drive business growth within assigned markets, with focus on the commercial & industrial (C& I) Sector.

• Identify, qualify, and manage new business leads, channel partners, key accounts within the oil and gas downstream, fuel- handling, and industrial/ civil construction equipment sector.

• Working closely with distributors, consultants and government agencies to understand project requirements and position the company solutions effectively.

• Develop and expand new business opportunities through distributors, partners and key accounts

• performance to increase sales volume, values and market share.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, government agencies and internal teams.

• Collaborate with distributors to deliver technical, commercial proposals, presentations, and quotations with the help of the engineering and product teams.

• Coordinate prequalification of tender documentation, proposal submissions to ensure compliance with client and project requirements.

• Maintain accurate partners pipelines, forecasts, and CRM tools/data to support business planning

• Provide technical consultation and support to clients, including product demonstrations and aftersales coordination.

• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, webinars, and industry events to promote company’s solutions and strengthen partner relationships.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Contribute to the development of marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns targeting the petroleum and industrial markets.

• Perform other tasks or duties as assigned by the Line Manager or Management


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related technical discipline).
  • Minimum 5–6 years of experience in business development, sales engineering, or project management within the Oil & Gas, Petroleum Equipment, Fuel Systems, Industrial capital goods, civil & construction and/or related industries.
