The Store In-House Technician is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of store equipment, systems, and facilities to ensure uninterrupted store operations and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair of store equipment and facilities
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to electrical, mechanical, and basic IT systems
• Install and test store equipment, fixtures, and devices
• Respond promptly to maintenance concerns reported by store staff
• Coordinate with external service providers when necessary
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and service reports
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

Qualifications:

• Vocational or technical course graduate (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, IT, or related field)
• With experience as a store or in-house technician (fresh graduates may be considered)
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, equipment repair, and troubleshooting
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and during store hours
