Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely and provide friendly service
• Handle cash, card, and e-wallet payments accurately
• Issue receipts and ensure correct change is given
• Scan items and ensure pricing is correct
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier counter
• Balance cash drawer at the start and end of each shift
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues professionally
• Assist with packing goods when needed
• Follow company policies and procedures

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / equivalent qualification
• Previous cashier or retail experience is an advantage (training provided)
• Able to handle cash, card, and e-wallet transactions accurately
• Basic math and computer skills
• Honest, responsible, and trustworthy
• Friendly personality with good customer service skills
• Able to communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Punctual and able to work in a fast-paced environment
