Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders and inquiries.
Operate the cash register or POS system, ensuring accurate handling of payments (cash, card, mobile, etc.).
Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
Maintain knowledge of current products, pricing, and promotions.
Upsell and suggest additional items to customers when appropriate.
Ensure the display area is clean, well-stocked, and attractive at all times.
Assist in monitoring inventory and informing the supervisor of low-stock items.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards as required in handling baked goods.
Support other staff with tasks as needed, such as packaging and labeling items.
Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
High school graduate or equivalent.
Previous experience in sales, retail, or food service is preferred but not required.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic math and computer skills.
Trustworthy, reliable, and customer-oriented.
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
