We are looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier to join our pet shop team. The Cashier will handle customer transactions, assist with product inquiries, and ensure a positive shopping experience for pet owners.

• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges in line with store policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout counter.
• Assist customers with basic product inquiries and direct them to appropriate staff when needed.
• Handle cash register balancing and end-of-day reports.
• Support the store team with light stocking and organizing tasks when required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a cashier or in retail is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and operating POS systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to assist with light store duties (e.g., stocking, organizing) when needed.
• Interest in pets and pet care is a plus.
