Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the security of cash-on-hand, and the accuracy of all the cash collection or remittances, and any prize releases 
• Accountable for cash collection, cash count and cash handover every business shift 
• Responsible for processing financial transactions of customers by receiving payments in cash, credit, or debit, and issuing receipts, refunds, and change 
• Prepares report of the daily operation (cash collection, disbursement, deposits, prize pools, etc.) 
• Ensures accuracy and timeliness in inputting details in the system 
• Ensures that Standard Operating Procedures are followed at all times 
• Submits timely report to Branch Cashier 
• Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and reconcile discrepancies 
• Greet customers as they approach the counter and provide excellent customer service 
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner 
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations 
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and keep it fully stocked with needed supplies 
• Ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately and securely 

Qualifications: 

• College graduate/undergraduate
• With or without experience are welcome to apply 
• Excellent customer service skills 
• Strong numerical skills 
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures: Cashiers need to know how to handle cash, including counting money, making change, and reconciling cash drawers 
• Ability to operate POS systems 
• Attention to detail 
• Friendly and outgoing personality 
• Ability to work in a team environment 
• Flexible to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
