- Financial Management:Process customer payments, including cash, checks, credit, and mobile payments.
- Issue receipts, refunds, change, and tickets accurately.
- Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Maintain accurate logs and reconcile financial records.
- Disburse petty cash and ensure proper documentation.
- Administrative Duties:Receive, sort, and distribute mail.
- Perform general office duties, such as filing and document management.
- Prepare purchase order requests and maintain financial records.
- Handle and maintain various office files and records.
- Customer Service:Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming environment.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally.
- Resolve issues and provide relevant information to customers.
