• The All-Around Cashier and Service Crew member is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by handling transactions efficiently, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the service area. This role requires flexibility to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, including both front-line service and cashier responsibilities.

Cashier Duties:

• Operate the cash register and handle all payment transactions accurately
• Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments efficiently
• Issue receipts and provide change to customers
• Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts
• Ensure accuracy in pricing and promotions
• Answer customer questions regarding products or services

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in food service or retail is an advantage
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
