We are looking for a Travel Booking Agent to assist customers with flight, hotel, and travel reservations. The role involves providing accurate travel information, processing bookings, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Paid training is provided, and weekends are fixed off.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries related to travel bookings and reservations

• Assist with flight, hotel, and package bookings

• Update and manage booking details accurately

• Provide excellent customer service and support

• Follow company guidelines and procedures

Qualifications:

• Good communication skills

• Basic computer and navigation skills

• BPO, travel, or customer service experience is an advantage but not required
