We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives who are energetic, driven, and ready to deliver world-class service with a smile.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School, Senior High School, or College graduate
• No BPO experience? No problem — fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome!
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Willing and able to work on-site

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be the friendly voice (or helpful message) customers need — via phone, email, chat, or face-to-face
• Handle inquiries, issues, and complaints with empathy and professionalism
• Understand our products and services so well, you could teach a class on them
• Work closely with your team to solve problems fast and keep customers happy
• Document interactions accurately and follow up when needed
• Hit your performance targets — like response time, customer satisfaction, and quality scores
• Spot recurring issues and suggest smart solutions — your input matters!
• Turn every customer interaction into a positive, memorable experience
