A Call Center Agent is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries, provide product or service information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requisito

  • Senior High School Graduate with 1–2 years BPO experience
  • College Level (at least 2nd year) with minimum 6 months CSR experience
  • College Graduate – with or without experience
