As a Customer Support Representative for a FinTech account, you will handle customer inquiries related to digital financial services such as online payments, mobile banking, e-wallets, money transfers, investment platforms, or other financial technology solutions. You will ensure accurate, secure, and efficient assistance while maintaining compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

• At least 6 months to 1 year of BPO experience (preferably in financial, banking, or technical support accounts).
• Strong English communication and comprehension skills.
• Basic understanding of financial services, mobile payments, and digital platforms is an advantage.
• Proficient in computer navigation, multitasking, and data entry.
• Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
