Descripción
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain records of customer interactions in the database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or call center preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent customer service skills, fluent English communication, effective problem-solving abilities, and a strong work ethic.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Working Conditions: Onsite Work
- Qualities and Traits: Must be patient, resilient, and have a positive attitude towards customers.
