• Open to High School / Senior High School / College graduates
• With or without BPO experience (experience is an advantage)
• Good English communication skills (oral & written)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism
• Willing to work on-site at SM Clark Pampanga
• Flexible to work on shifting schedules

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls for Healthcare, Telco, or Financial accounts
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customer concerns
• Assist clients with billing, account management, technical issues, or service inquiries
• Document and update customer records in the system accurately
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering quality service
• Meet and exceed performance metrics (quality, attendance, productivity)
• Follow company policies and adhere to standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet account goals
