Description
- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with effective problem-solving skills.
- Document calls and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English Language, excellent Customer Service skills, strong Problem Solving abilities, and effective People Skills
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment with flexible hours
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, patience, and strong communication skills
