Join our Cebu City team as an On-Site Healthcare Customer Support Specialist! Handle healthcare inquiries with care, explain billing and claims clearly, resolve issues efficiently, and escalate when needed. Accurately document interactions and follow guidelines to ensure top-notch service.
What You'll Do:
- Address healthcare inquiries with expertise and care.
- Clearly explain billing, coverage, and claims information.
- Solve customer issues effectively and escalate when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- SHS graduates, at least 2 years/4 semesters of college completed
- Freshers are also welcome to apply!
- Amenable to work on-site
- Open to work on a night/shifting schedule
- Adaptable, eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Amenable to work ASAP
