- Engage with customers via phone to resolve inquiries and issues.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to improve call center performance.
- Identify trends in customer inquiries to assist in ongoing improvements.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, Strong customer service skills, Excellent problem-solving abilities, Familiarity with call center operations
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, Patient, Detail-oriented, Team player
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with flexible shifts
