Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, chats, or emails regarding banking, credit cards, loans, or payment services.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, balance checks, and transaction details.
• Support customers in resolving billing disputes, payment issues, and fraud-related concerns.
• Provide guidance on financial products, services, and policies.
• Ensure compliance with confidentiality, data protection, and financial regulations.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
• Meet performance goals including quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
