Join our team as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative and help patients, providers, and members with their healthcare and insurance needs. You’ll be the first point of contact, assisting with claims, benefits, billing, and general inquiries while ensuring every interaction is professional, accurate, and empathetic.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails related to healthcare and insurance.
• Guide patients and providers through claims, benefits, and account details.
• Verify and update patient or member information in the system.
• Resolve billing or account-related issues clearly and efficiently.
• Meet service quality and productivity goals.

QUALIFICATION :

• College Graduate with or without experience
• 2nd Year College Completers/Undergraduate with 6 months any work experience
