Descripción
- Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Document interactions and maintain customer records.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience is necessary; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent customer service skills, ability to work collaboratively as a team player, and a strong work ethic.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle inbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, and provide information on products and services.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based; may involve rotating shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Patient, communicative, problem-solver, and adaptable under pressure.
