  • Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and update customer records in the database.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience for all callers.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and achieve team goals.


  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English communication, strong customer service skills, familiarity with call center operations
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent listening skills, patience, and a positive attitude
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow scripts and guidelines to ensure compliance and consistency
