Open Door Professionals is currently looking for Technical Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll assist customers in resolving technical issues, likewise, offer them services to ensure a smooth user experience. • Help customers fix technical issues quickly and effectively.
• Answer questions from customers through chat, email, or phone.
• Explain service plans, features, and subscription options clearly.
• Make sure every customer has a smooth and positive experience.
• Proactively identify customer needs and recommend suitable products, services, or upgrades that align with their requirements.

• Willing to work Onsite(Makati)
• Willing to work in shifting schedule
• At least Senior high school graduate
• Must have BPO experience, sales experience is a plus
