We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and sales-driven individuals to join our Telco Sales Accountteam! As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you’ll manage inbound and outbound customer interactions, assist with telecommunications services, and promote suitable products to meet customer needs—all while delivering exceptional service and hitting your sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat interactions.
  • Provide professional support and accurate information regarding telco products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and offer solutions that match their requirements.
  • Promote relevant telecommunications products and achieve sales performance goals.
  • Accurately input and manage customer data using internal systems and tools.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving concerns and issues promptly.
  • Stay updated on telco trends, pricing, and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
  • Senior High School Graduates, College Undergrads and Fresh Graduates are welcome!
  • Experience:
  • BPO experience is a plus, but not required – We provide full training!
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Capable of handling multiple communication channels simultaneously
  • Familiarity with basic logistics or telco operations is an advantage
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating various company tools and CRM systems
  • Professional, patient, and empathetic in dealing with customer concerns
